BCF Generation

This report produces the Billing Control Form (BCF) for engagements (Requisition field) configured in the report filters. Use the filters to search for the engagement to report on. After configuring the search filters, select the engagement BCF information to include in the report.
This report produces the following columns:
  • Client
  • Earnings E/D - Value from the end date input. Defaults to the following Sunday if input date is not a Sunday.
  • Reason for BCF
  • Effective Date
  • Payrollee Term Date - Only displays if Reason for BCF='Terminate Payrollee'.

Field Description
Requisition Select the engagements to search through and include in the report output.
WorkerEnter the name of the worker(s) whose data is included in the report. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Earnings E/D Additionally, enter the earnings end date associated with the BCF.
Reason for BCF Use the drop down to select the reason that the BCF was transmitted. This field is set to 'None' by default.
Date of Birth Additionally, if you select 'Add New Worker' from the Reason for BCF field, enter the date of birth for the worker.
Sex Additionally, if you select 'Add New Worker' from the Reason for BCF field, enter the sex of the worker.
Employment Status Additionally, if you select 'Change Employment Status' from the Reason for BCF field, select 'Full Time' or 'Part Time'.
Payrollee Term Date Additionally, if you select 'Terminate Payrollee' from the Reason for BCF field, enter the date the worker was terminated.
