Cost Avoidance Report

This report produces a list of engagements that were filled at a specific time. The report produces ROI information based on bill rate and quote pricing submitted for the requests. The report output depends on the engagement type (staffing or project) selected from the report filters.
This report produces the following columns (Project engagements):
  • Requisition ID
  • Manager
  • Department Code
  • Department Name
  • Project Title
  • Filled Date
  • Budgeted Amount
  • Initial Bid
  • Average Bid
  • Accepted Bid
  • Median Bid
  • Bid Range
  • ROI Average - Average Bid Amount - Accepted Bid Amount
  • ROI Initial - Initial Bid Amount - Accepted Bid Amount
Staffing:
  • Requisition ID
  • Manager
  • Department Code
  • Department Name
  • Job Category
  • Job Title
  • Date Filled
  • Budgeted Amount

Filter Description
Requisition Type Filter the report output by engagement type.
Division Filter the division on the engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Cost Center Filter by the cost center on the engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Location Filter by the location for the engagement.
Category Filter by the job category.
Date Type From the drop down, select the date type. You can select from the following:
  • None
  • Requisition Created
  • Requisition Filled
  • Screening Complete

This setting is used in conjunction with From date and To date fields. You specify a date range based on the end date type.

From dateEnter the beginning date for the date range. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.
To dateEnter the end date for the date range. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.
Summarize byFrom the drop down, select how to summarize the output columns in the report.
Select ColumnsSelect the columns to include in the report.
