Worker eSign
Some onboarding and offboarding documents on your engagement may require an electronic signature. When such a document is sent to you, the VMS uses DocuSign to handle the signing workflow. You can sign from inside the VMS or from the emailed link.
There are two ways to sign:
- From the VMS — On your home page, an eSign banner appears for any pending document. Click Sign Now to open the document in DocuSign and complete signing.
- From the emailed link — DocuSign sends you an email with a secure link to the document. Click the link, follow the prompts, and complete signing.
Reminder emails are sent automatically if you have not yet signed. Each request has an expiry date; if the document expires, your MSP must resend it.
Note:
If a document is incorrect or you cannot sign it, contact your MSP. Once signed, the
document and a DocuSign certificate of completion are saved against your engagement in
the VMS.
