Time Card Types
Your timecards are configured for you by your Program Representative. Each timecard is specific to the job that you are working, and must be filled out properly. The application prompts you to enter information that is missing, or if calculations of hours/times does not make sense. Once your information is entered correctly, you submit your time for approval. Only approved time and expenses are invoiced for payment.
If you have an issue with your timecard, an approver (client manager, service provider, or both) can reject your timecard. This routes it back to you for review and correction. In this case, the timecard has a 'Rejected' status cannot be invoiced. You can locate rejected timecards on the Home page or Time & Expense page.
Each timecard uses a work period, which is a range of time that determines how the application gathers your entered time and expenses, and considers them for invoicing. If you have questions, contact your Program Representative.
