Recover Your Password

If you forget your password, you can reset your password via text message or email or both. Each set of information is used to send a code to enter into the application prompt that allows you to change your password. If you cannot access the mobile device or your email, you can choose to contact the Helpdesk, which gives you a code to answer over the telephone.
Options for password recovery are configured during your initial login. The minimum required information is an email address.
Note: All non-SSO application users are required to register their password recovery options, including existing users.
  1. On the application log in page, click Forgot Password.
  2. In the Forgot Password prompt, enter your user name.
    Note: Your username can be your email address.
  3. In the selection prompt, select the method to receive the recovery code.
  4. Click .
  5. Enter the 6-digit recovery code in the prompt.
  6. On the reset password screen, enter and reenter your password.
