You can access your password recovery information and modify values as necessary.
Your current password is required to update your recovery options.
Log into the application.
Navigate to Hello, <user_name> > .
On the GenInfo tab, scroll to the
Password Recovery Options section.
Click .
On the registration page, select the information to update.
Email information is required. You can also enter a mobile telephone number
(optional information).
Click Continue.
A code is sent to the email address or telephone number (text) that you are
updating. If you do not receive the code, you can get another code by clicking
Resend Code.
On the verification page, enter the verification code. The code is sent to
contact information (email or telephone) that you updated.
