Engagements

The Engagements page gives you a view off all engagement records both assigned to you, and to all records that you have access to. Your access is based on the data permissions that are configured for your user account.

Note:
If the Enable client organization hierarchy visibility setting is enabled, you can view data for your reports, and the reports of your reports according to your client organization's reporting structure.

You can filter the view by using the Filters pop up (click Filters). You can export a .csv file of the view by clicking Export. The file automatically downloads to your local machine.

If your organization is using an approval routing configuration that requires approval for revisions to existing engagements, editing any applicable field on a filled Managed Services engagement and saving triggers an Add Reason modal. Enter a revision reason (up to 500 characters) in the Revision Reason text box, and then click Submit. A revision reason is required before the change is saved and is visible to approvers. Click Cancel or close the modal (×) to discard your changes without saving.
