User Account Information
Setting | Description |

Role | The user role in the application. Note: MSP Admins can modify other
MSP roles within the same MSP organization. |
Username | The username for the user. This value is the user credential used when logging in with Direct Access. For more information about user access in the application, see Access Type. |
Password | The password for the user. This is the password used when logging in
with Direct Access. In Edit mode, you can reset a user password by clicking . An email with a link to the password reset page is sent to the user. |
Active User Account | If the user account is active in the application or not. |
Active Person Account | If the user account is available for use in lists of not. |
Security Question 1-3 | The user's three security questions and answers they set up during
account registration. Note: Only MSP Admins can view this
information. |
Create Date | The date that the account was created. |
Activation Date | The date that the user account was last made active. |
Inactivation Date | The date that the user account was last made inactive. |
Password Expires | The date that the user account password expires. |
Last Password Reset | The date that the user's password was last reset. |
Comments | Free text comments added to the user account record. |
Last Successful Login | The last successful login made by the user. |
Last Unsuccessful Login | The last unsuccessful login attempt made by the user. |
Login Attempts | The number of login attempts made that were unsuccessful. |
Wand Language Preference | The application language preference. From the drop down list, select
the language. This setting specifies the language used for labels in the application. |
Email Language Preference | The email language preference. From the drop down list, select the
language. This setting specifies the language used in the email notifications. |
Wand Record ID | The application record identifier. This identifier can also be used in approval routing. For more information about approval routing, see Add a Routing for a Workflow. |
Blocked User Account | Setting to permanently disable a user account. |
Process Emails | Setting to allow a user account to trigger email notices. You can configure the specific actions that trigger emails for a user account. For more information about this configuration, see Email Preferences and Notifications. |
2-step verification | Displays the registered contact information if the 2-step
verification setting is enabled. Note: Once a user registers this
information, it is used by the application whenever 2-step
verification is required. These fields enable you to manage
user access if the setting is enabled. For more information about 2-step
verification, see Security Configuration. |
