Supplier User Permissions
Permission | Description |

Edit Supplier Profile | User can edit the supplier profile. |
MSP Vendor On Premises | User has the ability to create/modify requests/engagements for a
client organization, and run reports. User can edit tax rates on engagements where the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'. User can view the work location for an engagement,
and the tax location (if the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or
'Manual'). Note: The supplier user with this permission can only
create and edit requests/engagements for job categories that are
configured in the supplier contract (Create
Request setting). For more information about
this setting, see Job Categories. |
Headcount Tracking Workers Assignment | User can edit details on managed service (headcount tracking)
engagements, but cannot create new requests. The Vendor On Premises
permission is required to open requests on behalf of the client
organization. Note: This permission is only visible for configuration
if the Managed Services agreement set up for the client organization
has the management permissions configured ( . See Define a Supplier Agreement. Note: Supplier users without this role can access Managed
Services engagements to manage on/offboarding
workflow. User can add workers to a request using the worker's grid. See Add Worker to Worker Grid. |
Payroll Processing | User is able to create and edit billing items for a requisition. User
is also able to export billing line items and run reports on all billing
data. On the Client tab of the Supplier view, user can edit sourcing information. User can edit the email behavior for supplier users. This email setting determines when the supplier user is emailed based on changes to job categories and locations. User can edit tax rates on engagements where the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'. User can view the work location for an engagement, and the tax location (if the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'). User can edit expense information for worker-submitted expenses. See Confirm Expenses. |
Resume, Quote Submittal and Supplier Acceptance | User can submit a resume for a worker, or a quote for a
project. User can also accept or reject engagement details submitted to them. The supplier user must be the defined contact for the job category in the supplier organization. For more information about enabling Supplier Acceptance, see Supplier Acceptance. User can edit tax rates on engagements where the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'. User can view the work location for an engagement, and the tax location (if the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'). |
Document Signatory |
User can electronically sign documents. This permission is automatically assigned to the Supplier Primary Contact. See Supplier Onboarding. |
Document Management | User can view and take actions on documents during the Supplier
Onboarding workflow. This permission is automatically assigned to the Supplier Primary Contact. See Supplier Onboarding. |
Bank Account Admin | User can add direct deposit information. This information allows a
client to direct deposit payments to the supplier organization. Note: You
must have the System Administrator (SysAdmin) permission to modify
this field. User can edit tax rates on engagements where the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'. User can view the work location for an engagement, and the tax location (if the tax calculation method is 'Magnit' or 'Manual'). |
Admin Assistant | User can view all sections of the Supplier
view. User can create/edit/view resumes and quotes. User can also view and edit existing candidate interviews, but cannot schedule new interviews. User can view reports, but cannot create reports. |
Senior Management | User can view most sections of the Supplier
view, except of the Sourcing section and the
On/Offboarding Dashboard. User can create/view reports. |
