Link User Accounts

You can link user accounts if you have the log in credentials. Linking accounts allows you to toggle between accounts (possibly with different sets of roles) from a single user account.

Linking accounts functionality is enabled for a client organization in the configuration (Configuration > Settings > Configuration > Manager tab > Allow Managers to link and switch user accounts). For more information about this setting, see Manager Settings.

  1. Click your account icon.
  2. Click .
  3. In the left menu, click Link Account.
  4. Click .
  5. Enter the required credential information in the Link Accounts pop up.
  6. Click .
