Add Billing Item for Managed Services Engagement

You can add billing adjustment item to a managed services engagement. This task can only be completed at the engagement level, and cannot be completed on the Billing page.
Note: You must associate an invoice option with the engagement to add billing items. You can also associate a default invoice option for managed services engagements at the client organization level.
  1. Navigate to the Home page of the MSP view.
  2. Select the request type by clicking the type button (or ALL).
    You can also enter the request number in the search field.
  3. Select the request by clicking the number link in the Request column.
  4. Click the Billing tab.
  5. Click .
  6. From the Billing Type drop down, select the billing type (Adjustment or Benefit).
  7. From the Date Range drop down, select the range to apply the billing item to.
  8. Optional, enter a date in the Date Other field. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.
  9. Click .
