Add Manager as a Delegate
Note: If the client organization is managing client
manager users at the business organization level ( ), then the users available for delegation are limited to the
configured business organization. See Business Organizations in the VMS.
- Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
- Click the Users tab.
- Using the search function, locate the client manager to add the delegate for. For more information on the search function, see Search for Users.
- Expand the Associated Delegate List section.
- Click .
- For billing approval delegation, select the Billing Approval check box.
- For requisition management delegation, select the Request Management check box.

Use the radio buttons to select one of the following options:
- Add Delegate to all Active Client User Accounts - Adds the client manager as a delegate to all managers within the selected operational units. If you select this option, use the Select Operational Unit field to add the op units where the manager is added as a delegate.
- Add Delegate to selected Active Client User Accounts - Adds the client manager as a delegate to a selected list of managers. If you select this option, use the Select a Manager field to add managers for whom the manager is added as a delegate.
