Maggi Reporting Agent
The Maggi Reporting Agent is an AI-powered reporting tool that lets you use natural language in a prompt to request and refine reporting data. The tool is accessed through the VMS Reporting Platform.

Prompt Window Generation
The Reporting agent features a prompt field that allows you to enter a description of, for example, a report for the last 60 days of request date, or a list of workers hired in the last 30 days. The agent suggests queries that you can use to refine your prompt. Clicking a suggested prompt inserts it into the prompt field.
The agent also displays a Common Topics section with common searches in the Reporting platform.
Your Report
Report results are added to the Your Report section. The report output displays in a tabular view.
You can use the Search Report field to search for values
within the generated report. You can also click View SQL to
see the sql query used in the database.
You can refine your query by adding additional instructions in the prompt field and clicking Generate Report again.
Export Report Output
Reports generated by the Magnit Reporting Agent are available for export from the
system. Standard export formats (xls, pdf) are
supported.
