Create a Payroll Request for a Worker

You can create a payroll request and add a worker to notify.
Note: The process for creating a payroll request for a PRO and non-PRO affiliated MSP organization is identical.
  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click Requests.
    You can also use the Create Request section on the Home page. For more information about this section, see Quick Create Request.
  3. In the Add Request bar, configure the following:
    • Manager Name
    • Operational Unit - Automatically populated if there is no OpUnit configured for the client organization.
    • Request Type - From the drop down, select Payroll.
    • Previous Position - From the drop down, select a previous position as a template (if applicable).
  4. Click .
  5. Complete the request information in the following sections:

  7. Review the request information and edit any details as needed.
  8. Click .
