Financials

These fields appear in the Financials section of a payroll request.
Note: A red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.

The Financials section features an Effective Dating List that allows you to make modifications to financials values based on a specific date range. Modifying any financials impacts the calculation of billing items entered for that time stamp range.

The list details the justification and the user that made the modification. The most current modification appears in orange at the top of the list. You can edit any of the existing changes by selecting the effective date timestamp in the list, and click Edit selected Effective Date. The financials details for that time stamp range appear in the section. To add a new range, click New Effective Date.
Note: If you click New Effective Date and enter an existing date (existing timestamp in the list), any saved changes override the previously saved information for the same date.
Note: If the Revision Approval Routing workflow is used for engagements, creating a new effective date triggers the revision process. You are asked to confirm and proceed in this case.
