Archive Compliance Item

Items in the completed status can be archived. This allows you to reference older versions of data and documentation from within the application.
Note: If you are using a scheduled task to automatically create a new version of a compliance item, you must first archive the items in the 'Completed' status, and set any items in the 'Pending' status to 'Complete'. The application cannot create two items in the 'Pending' status. For more information about setting up automatic generation of compliance items, see Onboarding and Offboarding Items.
Note: Archiving an item sets makes the item read only.
  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click More > On/ Off Boarding.
  3. Use the filters to locate the worker in the engagement to add the item for.
  4. In the Worker column, click the blue text to open the items for the engagement.
  5. In the Compliance section, click the blue text for a compliance item in the 'Completed' status.
  6. Click .
  7. Confirm the archive by clicking .
    Once archived, you can view the item details on the Archive tab of the item.
