Create New Version of Compliance Item

You can create a new version of an item if there are multiple or subsequent versions of the item that need to be completed due to the client organization's business requirements.
  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click More > On/Off Boarding.
  3. Use the filters to locate the worker with the items to manage.
  4. In the Worker column, click the blue name text. All onboarding and offboarding items in all statuses open for the engagement.
  5. In the Compliance section, click an item in the 'Complete' status.
  6. Click .
    Confirm that you want to create a new version. The version remains visible for the item, and can be edited. If you are using an automation to create a new version, you must archive versions in the 'Completed' status before the process completes.
    Note: You cannot create a new version of an item if the engagement the item is associated with in closed.
