Manage Compliance Items

You can manage a client organization's compliance items. View/edit access can be additionally controlled for compliance items. If you are using this permission, the client manager must also have the 'View Onboarding Compliance' permission. For more information about access permissions, see Onboarding and Offboarding Items.
Note: You can also delete items. Once deleted, you can view item details by clicking Deleted in the dashboard view.
  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click More > On/Off Boarding.
  3. Use the filters to locate the worker in the engagement to add the item for.
  4. In the Worker column, click the blue text to open the items for the engagement.
  5. In the Add Item to Engagement pop up, select the check box for the compliance item (Category column = 'Compliance').
    You can add more than one compliance item by selecting multiple check boxes.
  6. Click .
    Adding an item sets the status to 'Pending', and makes the item visible to client managers and suppliers with the correct permissions.
