Engagement Status

Refer to the following information for details about statuses assigned to engagements. You can also refer to Request Status.
Note: Approval Routing configuration affects the request workflow. See Approval Routing Configuration.
Status Notes Status Description
Pending - Pending Approval Pending Onboarding Both Approval Routing and Onboarding must be enabled to receive this status. See On/Offboarding Items. Onboarding & Engagement Approval - Pending
Pending - Pending Approval When all onboarding items are completed (Complete Onboarding or Offboarding Item), set to this status. Engagement Approval - Pending
Pending - Pending Onboarding When engagement is approve, but pending onboarding (one or more assigned items not in 'Complete', or in 'Not Needed'), set to this status. Onboarding - Pending
Filled When no open positions appear on the engagement, set to this status.
Note: When the engagement is past the end date, there is no status to indicate this.
Engagement does not appear
Cancelled When the MSP changes the status to 'Cancelled', set to this status. Engagement does not appear
Closed When the MSP changes the status to 'Closed', or engagement is automatically closed by the system (Auto-Close Engagements, see Client Settings , set to this status.

On Hold When the MSP changes the status to 'On Hold, set to this status. Hold - <save_date>
