Magnit Direct Sourcing Configuration

The Magnit Direct Sourcing configuration contains the settings for the internal worker databases for the client organization. The DirectSource application is a standalone tool for curating job opportunities and candidates. The Talent Network is an internal database of candidates within the application.

The Direct Source tool is maintained separate from the VMS, however, this configuration allows you to connect the applications. Connecting the applications allows you to use configured job title information maintained in the VMS in the DirectSource app.
