Magnit Direct Sourcing Settings

These setting appear in the Magnit Direct Sourcing section of the client configuration.
Note: You must have the system administrator role to edit this configuration.
Setting Description
Utilize Magnit Direct Sourcing Select the check box to enable the configuration settings.
Magnit Direct Sourcing Supplier From the drop down, select the payroll supplier. A payroll supplier is determined by an active Payroll type supplier contract.
Note: Engagements created from Direct Sourcing resumes are payroll engagements.
Magnit Direct Sourcing Domain Enter the domain for the DirectSource instance. This value is obtained in the DirectSource PRO admin console.
API Authorization Token Enter the API auth token. This value is obtained in the DirectSource PRO admin console.
Default Curator From the drop down, select the default curator for client organization.
Automatically publish new requests to the career site Only available for Eightfold and WillHire. Select the check box to automatically route new requests to Magnit Direct Sourcing. If this option is not selected, you must manually push the data to.
Automatically send new Pending Requests to Magnit Direct Sourcing prior to being approved Select the check box to automatically route new requests to Magnit Direct Sourcing. If this option is not selected, you must manually push the data to.
Require inbound candidates to stop at the MSP desk for review and approval Select the check box to require all candidates submitted through the DS platform to be set to 'Pending MSP Review'. MSPs assigned to the requisition can view and approve the candidate.
Prepend Disclaimer A configurable message that is added to the career website.
Position Duration Not available for WillHire or TalentNet.
Compensation Range Not available for WillHire.
Send Magnit Direct Sourcing End-of-Engagement emails to workers. Select the check box to send email notifications to a worker when the end of engagement date is within a range. The range is configured in the End-of-Engagement field. See below.
End-of-Engagement Email Timing Specifies the range for the end-of-engagement emails that are sent to a worker.
