Customizations
Certain modules and sections in the application contain default language that displays to the user as the move through workflows. This default language includes static labels and buttons in the user interface. You can customize the language to meet your client organization's business requirements. This can also be done to bring the application display closer to the branding of a client organization.
For example, when a client manager is creating a request for a project worker, and the client organization requires certain legal terminology to be used when referring to this request type, you can customize the term 'project worker'.
These customizations are also displayed in reports.
