Talent Network

The following fields appear on the Talent Network tab of a worker profile.

Worker profiles in the Talent Network are not visible until a resume is uploaded or configured. To upload a resume, click , populate the required fields/missing worker data, and then click .

If you upload a resume in a supported file format, the application parses required information for the worker and populates the resume section. Review this information before saving. After saving, the following tabs appear for the user:
Field Description
Talent Network Form the drop down, select the availability of the worker in the database. Select from the following:
  • Not Visible
  • Visible for Search
  • Visible for Search and Match
Status From the drop down, select the current status of the worker in the client organization. Select from the following:
  • New
  • Reviewed
  • Screened
  • Qualified
  • Not Qualified
  • Rejected
  • Hired
Note: The status affects the worker's ability to be assigned to a position.
DNU Displays if the worker is marked 'DNU' (Do Not Use).
Note: This setting only applies to a worker's Talent Network Profile in a specific MSP organization. If the profile is marked 'DNU' then the worker is marked 'DNU' for all client organizations in that MSP organization, but not other organizations in other MSP organizations.
Worker Resume Information In the resume section, review the resume information for the worker, and populate the required information if it is missing.
