Field | Description |

Job Category | From the drop down, select the job category. Categories are defined
at the client organization level ( The supplier contract is associated with the Job Category under the sourcing type (Staffing). |

Sub Category | From the drop down, select the subcategory for the request. If you have not configured subcategories, this field is hidden. |
Job Title | From the drop down, select the job title. The options for this field
depend on the selection that you make in the Job
Category field. Titles are defined at the OpUnit level ( ). |
Job Code | The job code automatically populates based on the selection that you make in the Job Title field. Job codes are defined in the job title definition. |
Glider Test (optional) | If your client organization has enabled the Glider.ai integration,
from the drop down, select the test that corresponds with the job
category. Candidates that are submitted for the open request are emailed
a link with the test. Once the test is completed, the results appear in
the candidate details. The integration is enabled in the client organization's configuration. For more information about this configuration, see Client Settings. A list of available tests per job category can be viewed in the Job Category configuration. For more information about these tests, see Add a Job Category. |
Job Description | The description configured for the job. This information includes the
job duties, skills, and educational level (degree), if required for the
position. If you have permission, you can upload a job description file for the request by clicking . The job description file is parsed for skills and experience keywords. For more information about uploading a file, see Job Description Upload. |
Attachments | Click to upload additional files
relevant to the request. Uploaded attachments can be downloaded from the Attachments section on a request/engagement. You can set the visibility of a file to a
supplier/vendor at the file level. Selecting the Visible
to Supplier User check box makes the file
viewable/downloadable to a supplier in the request/engagement
details. Note: This is a file level setting.
If the parent client organization or OpUnit has the
Hide req attachments from Suppliers
setting enabled, then this check box is disabled by default, and
cannot be modified. |
Duties | Displays the defined job duties for the job title. Note: This
information is defined outside of the request record, and might not
be required for request submission, depending on the client
organization configuration. Once you modify it, the changes are
reflected on the request record only. If you have editing
permissions, you can modify these values. Note: You can use the styling palette to format the text. |
Skills | Displays the defined skill requirements for the job title. Note: This
information is defined outside of the request record, and might not
be required for request submission, depending on the client
organization configuration. Once you modify it, the changes are
reflected on the request record only. If you have editing

Education | Displays the defined educational requirements for the job
title. Note: This information is defined outside of the request
record, and might not be required for request submission, depending

Skills and Experience | Add required skills to the request record. Skills are parsed from the
automatically-populated skills in the job title definition. To add
skills to this section, click . You can only add a maximum of five required skills. You can also add a maximum of 35 additional skills (40 total). For more information about adding skills to the request, see Add Required Skills to a Request Record. If you have enabled the Candidate Match functionality for the client organization, the top 5 required skills (depending on the configuration) are used to rank submitted candidates. You can drag to reorder any of the skills tiles (required or additional). If you are uploading a job description, skills are automatically parsed from the job description file. For more information on this task, see Job Description Upload. |
Languages | Using the drop down, select the language that is required for the
request record. Along with the language, you can use the check boxes to
define the proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing. To add more
than one language, click Add +. Note: If you
make a selection, and populate the required skills using the
method described in Add Required Skills to a Request Record, the
language requirements are overwritten by the language
requirements defined in the job title. You can further modify
the value after completing this action. |
Minimum Degree Required | Using the drop down, select the required level of education for the
request record. Note: If you make a selection, and populate the required
skills using the method described in Add Required Skills to a Request Record, the
education requirements are overwritten by the education requirements
defined in the job title. You can further modify the value after
completing this action. |
Certifications & Licenses | In the text field, enter text that describes the certifications
and/or licenses required for the request record. The application
suggests values for the field. Note: If you make a selection, and
populate the required skills using the method described in Add Required Skills to a Request Record, the
certification and/or license requirements are overwritten by the
certification and/or license requirements defined in the job title.
