Statement of Work

A statement of work (SOW) is an agreement between the client organization and an agency or supplier on the requirements for a project. Typically, the SOW document describes the work that needs to be performed, and the method that it is performed in.

The SOW also includes how the client organization is billed for work completed. Units of work are defined within, for example, the price per piece that is completed according to project guidelines. You can define an SOW template for a client organization, and add Op Units to the template. For more information about SOW templates, see Configure an SOW Template.
