SOW
These fields appear in the SOW
section of the Create Project request page. This document is created
from request details using a document template. See Configure an SOW Template.
Note: This section only appears if you have
enabled SOW documents for the client organization. For more information about using SOW
documents in project requests, see Statement Of Work Document for a Project Request.
Note: A red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
Field | Description |

Create SOW Contract | Enables the generation of the SOW document for the request/engagement. |
SOW Contract Template | Displays the default template for the job title. You can select from configured documents assigned to the operational unit. |
Agreement # | In the text field, enter the agreement number for the document. |
eSign SOW Contract | Select the check box to route the SOW contract to the email address
specified for the client signatory and the supplier signatory. Note: You
must enable the eSign functionality at both the client organization
level, and the client country level. |
Client Signatory Name | In the text field, enter the first and last name of the client that signs the document. |
Client Signatory Title | In the text field, enter the title of the client that signs the document. |
Client Signatory Email | In the text field, enter the email address of the client that signs the document. |
Client Signatory Address 1 | In the text field, enter the address of the client that signs the document. |
Country | Using the drop down, select the country of the client that signs the document. |
Zip/Postal Code | In the text field, enter the zip code of the client that signs the document. |
Client Signatory Address 2 | In the text field, enter additional address information of the client that signs the document. |
City | In the text field, enter the city of the client that signs the document. |
State | Using the drop down, select the state of the client that signs the document. |
