SOW

These fields appear in the SOW section of the Create Project request page. This document is created from request details using a document template. See Configure an SOW Template.
Note: This section only appears if you have enabled SOW documents for the client organization. For more information about using SOW documents in project requests, see Statement Of Work Document for a Project Request.
Note: A red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
Field Description
Create SOW Contract Enables the generation of the SOW document for the request/engagement.
SOW Contract Template Displays the default template for the job title. You can select from configured documents assigned to the operational unit.
Agreement # In the text field, enter the agreement number for the document.
eSign SOW Contract Select the check box to route the SOW contract to the email address specified for the client signatory and the supplier signatory.
Note: You must enable the eSign functionality at both the client organization level, and the client country level.
Client Signatory Name In the text field, enter the first and last name of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Title In the text field, enter the title of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Email In the text field, enter the email address of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Address 1 In the text field, enter the address of the client that signs the document.
Country Using the drop down, select the country of the client that signs the document.
Zip/Postal Code In the text field, enter the zip code of the client that signs the document.
Client Signatory Address 2 In the text field, enter additional address information of the client that signs the document.
City In the text field, enter the city of the client that signs the document.
State Using the drop down, select the state of the client that signs the document.
