Add MSP POC Signatory

The MSP POC Signatories section, on the same Configuration screen as Validation Teams, lets you configure the MSP point of contact (POC) for a country. A country can have only one MSP POC entry at a time. Once configured, this MSP POC can be automatically included as a signatory when sending supplier documents for eSigning, by checking MSP POC Signatory under MSP Organization Signatories. See Add New Documents. Every add, edit, and delete of an MSP POC entry is recorded in an audit log that you can review from the same section header, using the same History dialog and audit mechanism already used by Validation Teams. See Add a Document Validator.
Add or Edit the MSP POC
  1. Navigate to the Configuration in the MSP view.
  2. Click Supplier Documents > Configuration.
  3. Use the search, or the right and left arrow icons, to locate the country you want to configure the MSP POC for.
  4. In the MSP POC Signatories section header, click Add if no MSP POC is configured for this country yet, or Edit to modify the existing one.

View MSP POC Signatory History
  1. Navigate to the Configuration in the MSP view, click Supplier Documents > Configuration, and locate the country whose MSP POC Signatories history you want to review.
History is country-scoped. Changes made under one country, for example United States, do not appear in another country's history, for example Australia.
  2. In the MSP POC Signatories section header, click History.
  3. Review the history entries.
Each entry shows the user who made the change, the field changed (MSP POC Name or MSP POC E-mail), the old and new value, and the date and time of the change, for every added, updated, or removed MSP POC entry.
