Talent Network
The Talent Network is a private worker database that allows a client organization to self source for Staffing requests/engagements through the application. This feature can drive cost savings across an organization by allowing you to direct source from existing candidates in the system, avoiding time to contact vendors for talent and review quotes. Cost saving for self sourced candidates are displayed in the Financials section of the request.
All candidates in the system are private and specific to the client organization. Clients can utilize data tools to report on contingent labor within the organization, producing metrics into quality and success rates for contingent workers, and driving insightful best practices.
The feature can also be beneficial for client organizations with a high level of visibility as a brand. These types of client organizations attract large numbers of candidates to a corporate website. You can implement an applicant portal for the talent network, which is a public facing entry point for contract workers to upload their resumes. The portal URL can placed on the client organization's talent acquisition page, and branded with the client's branding/marketing assets.
Workers can either apply through the Talent Network Portal, of you can add them manually in their worker profile. Internal client manager users can 'refer talent' (from within the Manager view), which creates a worker user account, and sends the potential worker an email invitation to apply for a position. You can configure marketing email campaigns to members of the Talent Network to apply for open positions. The emails can be customized to match a client organization's branding as well.
