Office Number Configuration
The Office Number configuration is used to define parameters in the PeopleSoft ERP. The VMS uses a connection to manage financial data in PeopleSoft. Multiple departments with differing configurations can be set for a requisition type, depending on the business case.
PS DeptID List

- PS DeptID - Required
- Office Number Description - Optional text describing the entry.
- Business Line - The request type in the system. From the drop down, select the type for the department.
- Locale - Domestic or International.
- Active - Select to make the office number active for use.
- Category - From the drop down, select the invoicing category.
Configure the following for the department:

You can also modify this information for a configured department (select the
department number from the list and click .)

Invoicing | Client Invoice Payment Terms (in days) | The number of days that an invoice must be paid. |
Start from last day of invoicing month | If selected, the payment term period lasts to the date
determined by the number of calendar days specified in Client
Invoice Payment Terms added to the last calendar day of the
month in which the invoice was processed. If enabled, and the Invoice: Client Invoice Due Date document variable is inserted on the invoice template, the calculated date is inserted. See Invoice Template Variables. |
