Enable Quality Issue Tracking

You can enable quality issue tracking in the application. Issues are tracked and can be reported on. If you require custom issue text to make available to an MSP, or enable a free text field, or both, select the options in this configuration.

The SysAdmin or MSP Admin role is required to modify this configuration.

  1. Navigate to the Configuration in the MSP view.
  2. Click .
  3. For each section to enable, toggle the Active switch.
  4. For each section, select the following options in the Feedback Options drop down:
    • Free Text - Enables a free text field for text entry. A minimum of five words is required for this field.
    • Both - Enables both single select drop down and free text box.
    • Single Select - Enables a drop down to select a single value from.
  5. In the Answers section, select the check box for the default issue answers to include. The answer text is not editable.
  6. In the Custom Answers section, enter text for your custom issue answer. Each answer that you add appears with the default answers that you enable in the Answers section (step 5).
    If you need to add another custom answer, click +Add Custom Answer.
