Departments and Levels Configuration

You can configure the hierarchical structure for the departments/cost centers associated with client accounts. You use this information primarily to define how financial details of a request and engagement are billed within the client organization. For example, you can define multiple business units for an organization, and set up staffing requests for that business unit.
Tip:
You can remit invoices directly to a departmental email address. To set up this functionality, certify an address, and add it at the department level (see Add Departments. Next, in the client country configuration, set the invoice delivery settings to use the department address (see Client Country Configuration).

The hierarchical structure is configured at the client organization level. You cannot configure this type of structure for operational units.
