Quality Issue Configuration

If you need to track a quality issue for an aspect of contingent work, you can set a value at the worker level, the supplier level, the request level, or the engagement level. Issues are only captured within the application. Issues are added in the Activity section. Quality issue tracking must be enabled for a client organization in order to add issues to each category. You can enable one or many categories.
Note: Each category can be toggled active or inactive. If a category is toggled inactive, the activity is captured in the application history, and can be accessed by clicking the at the top of each section.

Each category contains default values that are selected from a drop down. Additionally, you can configure custom values to this list. If you require an MSP to enter free text, you can select an option to enable a text box. You can also enable both options, drop down and text box.   • Supplier Scorecard Dashboard
