Quality Listing Report

This report produces information regarding worker quality issues categorized by requisition, worker name, and supplier/vendor.

This report produces the following output columns:


Filter	Description
Quality Issue For	Filter by where the quality issue was assigned, for example 'Requisition'. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Quality Issue Type	Filter by the type of quality issue selected. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Supplier	Hitler by the supplier/vendor assigned to the requisition. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Worker	Enter the name of the worker(s) whose data is included in the report. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Location	Filter by where the issue was reported. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Date Range	From the drop down, select the date range for when the issue/s were reported. You can select from the following: None Issue Date This setting is used in conjunction with From date and To date fields. You specify a date range based on the end date type.
From date	Enter the beginning date for the date range. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.
To date	Enter the end date for the date range. You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.
Summarize by	From the drop down, select how to summarize the output columns in the report.
