Client Country Document Configuration

This section describes the settings on the supplier document Configuration page.
Note:
The 'Supplier Management' permission is required on a MSP user account to edit these settings. See Supplier User Permissions.
Section Setting Description
RFI Package Reminder Notifications Notification Settings Allows you to enable and schedule notifications to a supplier organization to complete and submit RFI documentation. The system doesn’t notify organizations by default.
Use the radio buttons to select the following options:
  • Do not notify - Default setting.
  • Notify on schedule - If selected, the Scheduled reminders for incomplete RFI package will be sent to Supplier Contacts every ______ day(s) setting is visible. This specifies the number of days between notifications sent to supplier contacts. The days interval value is required, and can only be 1-30 days.

    If a notification schedule is set up, you can set the Reminders will stop being sent after ______ attempt(s) to stop system notifications. This setting is optional and can be a range of 1-10.

Document Expiration Notifications Notification Settings Allows you to create an email notification interval for parties that manage supplier documents. Once enabled, email notifications are sent on a 60, 30, 15, 5, and one day before the document expiration date.
Note:
You cannot customize the interval range.

Use the radio buttons to select Do Not Notify or Notify On Schedule. If enabled, select the parties for notification, the supplier/vendor Primary and RFI contacts, the MSP document validation team, or both. You must specify at least one party.
