View and Search the Department List

Use the search functionality to quickly find department information for your client organization. The search bar appears on the Departments page.

  1. Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
  2. Click the link in the NAME column for the client whose information you want to modify.
    The Client Info page appears.
  3. Select Settings > Departments on the left navigation menu.
  4. Select the Departments tab.
  5. You can use the perform one or more of the following to search for departments.

    Simple Search Enter a keyword in the Enter Department Name box and click the icon to perform a simple text search. Search results that match the keyword contained in the department name field appear.
    Advanced Search To perform an advanced search, select Advanced to access the Search Departments section. Enter search keywords for information contained in:
    • Department
    • Department Number
    • Auxiliary
    • Active status - use the check boxes to filter the search by the status of the department.
    Tip: The more search criteria that you provide narrows your search results. To expand your search options, it is recommended to enter one or two search criteria.
