Level Hierarchy
Each level of a hierarchy that you define is a parent level of the child level within it. The hierarchy is a parent/child structure, with one parent level, and one child level. This hierarchy is used to define the departments and sub departments structure in the application.
For example, if you set up levels with a top level 'Company', and then a child level 'Cost Center', then every new department that you add to a client is defined at the 'Company' level, and every sub-department that you add is defined at the 'Cost Center' level.
You cannot configure parallel levels, that is, a one parent level must have a child level, and one child level must have a parent level.
