Invoice Activity

Displays notes, emails, and transfer messages that have been added to the invoice.
Area Description
Note List Displays a list of messages added to the invoice document. This information includes the text of the note, the user that added the note, and the date/timestamp when the note was added.
To add a note, click , and enter text for the note.
Note: This content is informational only, and does not appear on the invoice.
Email Displays a list of system sent email notifications. Email notifications are triggered by specific actions or tasks in the system. See Email Notification Configuration.
Transfer Messages Displays transfer messages sent by the system. These messages are added when the invoices are sent to a back end ERP integration for processing (for example, tax calculation).
