Client Delegates Report

This report produces information regarding client manager delegates.
Delegates for a client manager are configured in the manager's user account. Delegates can be added by the MSP, or by the client manager delegating responsibility. For more information about adding a delegate, see the following topics (based on your role):
This report produces the following columns:
  • Manager Name
  • Email
  • User Status
  • Delegate Name
  • Delegate Email
  • Delegate Type
Field Description
ManagerSelect the client manager name associated with the engagement. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Delegate Name Filter the report output by a specific delegate. This field is set to 'All' by default.
User Status Filter the report output by the user status of the delegate. You can select either Active or Inactive.
Select ColumnsSelect the columns to include in the report.
Show Managers with Delegates Only Select the check box to only display client managers that have client delegates assigned to them.
