Master Budget Data Export

This report produces information in regards to master budget usage by client organizations. The report only populates with data if the client organization is using master budget functionality. For more information about master budgets, see Master Budgets.
The report produces the following columns:
  • Master Budget ID
  • Budget ID
  • Status
  • Active/Inactive Budget
  • Budget Amount
  • Remaining
  • Total Spent
  • Engagements
  • Owner
  • Estimated Value of Master Budget
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Cost Center
  • MSP Contact
  • OpUnit
  • Department Name
  • Budget Approver 1-12 - List of approvers, separated into individual columns.
  • Additional Fund Amount - Calculated as Total Budget Amount (New Amount) - Initial Budget Amount
Filter Description
Master Budget Start Date From the drop down, select the date that the master budget was created. You can configure a date range. Select Date Range From-To, and then use the From and To fields to configure dates.

You can also click the calendar icon to open a calendar pop up that allows you to select the date.

Master Budget End Date From the drop down, select the date that the master budget was ended. You can configure a date range. Select Date Range From-To, and then use the From and To fields to configure dates.

<department> Filter the report output by the department that uses the master budget. This field is set to 'All' by default.
Budget Owner Filter the report output by the master budget owner. This field is set to 'All' by default.
