Client Information Department

This report provides information regarding departments and sub-departments of a client organization.

Departments and sub-departments are set up for client organization in the client's configuration. For more information about departments, see Department Hierarchy.

This report produces the following columns:
  • Division Code
  • Division
  • Division Status
  • Cost Center Code - Displays the parent department information for the department information in the Division columns. If a department does not have a configured parent department, this field displays 'Unknown'.
  • Cost Center - Displays the parent department information for the department information in the Division columns. If a department does not have a configured parent department, this field displays 'Unknown'.
  • Cost Center Status
  • Department Custom Fields - Outputs custom field information configured for the department. View permission for the custom fields is required to report on this data. See Custom Fields Configuration.
Fields Description
Cost Center Filter the report output by a configured cost center or department. This field is set to 'All' be default.
Department Status Filter the report output by the status of the department or sub-department. You can select either Active or Inactive.
