Specific Person Routing Settings

These settings appear if you select Specific Person from the Routing Method drop down.
Setting Description
Approver Set the approver for the routing. This can be one of the following:
  • Specific Manager - If you select this option, in the Manager's Name field.
  • Manager(s) based on custom field value - If you select this option, in the Custom Field Name field, enter the field name. Also enter the field value in the Field Value field. This is the field that the custom field is linked to on the client manager's user record.
  • T&E Approver's Supervisor - If you select this option, the approval is routed to the value in the Supervisor field on the T&E Approver's user record.
Approval RuleFrom the drop down, select when the routing applies to the approval workflow.
Note: The default behavior is Always.
