Custom Billing Line Settings

You can configure settings for billing line management behavior. These settings are applied at the client organization level, or at the OpUnit level. Settings are also configured for each request/engagement type enabled of the client organization.

Custom settings allow you to configure billing line rejection reasons that a client manager can select from when managing line items. The configuration allows you to enable a drop down list of reasons that are configured for an organization, or a free text box, or both. A rejection reason is required, and if both options are enabled, a client manager must both select a reason from the drop down list, and enter text in the text box.
