Process Billing
The process of approving billing items for engagements is configured so that client managers approve billing items, which are then sent by the application for invoicing. All billing items must either be approved by a manager, or marked so that they are automatically added to the invoice. When the billing script runs, the application checks the status of the billing items, as well as the setting, and determines which are added to an invoice.

Notifications for pending billing items can be configured. The application notifies the configured approver by default, and you can configure a second and third notification. For more information about billing notifications, see Modify the Process Billing Configuration.
