Onboarding and Offboarding Templates

These settings appear for a client country in On/Off Boarding > Templates.
Note: A red asterisk (*) indicates a required field.
Note: You can toggle the view between active and all statuses.
Setting Description
New Template or Template name Add or configure a template to use for onboarding or offboarding. Items are configured using settings on the Items page. Templates are used to bulk add items for an engagement. You can additionally add individual items if you add template. For more information about these settings, see Onboarding and Offboarding Items.

In the Name field, enter a name for your template. Optionally, enter text in the Description field. Select the Active check box to make the template available.

In the Available for Engagement Types section, using the check boxes, select from the following:
  • Staffing
  • Payroll
  • Managed Services
  • Project
  • Project Worker - The Project engagement type must be enabled in order to enable this option.
. You can also select which job categories the template appears by clicking All job categories. You can also select Decide per job category, and use the check boxes to select which categories for the template to appear for.
Note: You can create templates and make them available for projects and project workers. If you assign required onboarding for a project, and project workers are available for the template, the status of project workers is affected.
