Modify the Client Location Onboarding

Modify or add onboarding and offboarding items and settings for a client organization's location.
  1. Navigate to the Clients page on the Configuration view.
  2. Click the link in the NAME column for the client whose information you want to modify.
    The Client Info page appears.
  3. In the Countries area, click the text for a country in the Country column.
    The left navigation menu displays the client location settings.
  4. From the left navigation menu, select a on/offboarding setting to modify. If you are adding a new item, click . If you are adding a new template, click .
  5. Make modifications to the existing configuration.
