Invoice Template Actions

There are several actions that you can take from the invoice's General Info > Billing Information section. Each action depends on the status of the invoice. The table below describes the dependencies.
Action Description
You can edit the Invoice E/D (if not set), and Remit Address (required) fields in this section. You must also add text to the Description (required) field. After configuring the fields, click .
You can send the invoice file using an integration. See Send Invoice Files Using an Integration.

If you have regenerated an invoice document, this action only sends the latest version of the document to the client.

Click to view and download the generated invoice file to your local machine.
Regenerates a finalized invoice PDF document file. The document must have an associated document template.

The regenerated document version is appended to the document name, for example, 'Client Invoice_v02'.
