Add an Engagement to a Master Budget

You can add requests/engagements to a master budget.
Note: The client manager that owns the master budget can add engagements to a master budget.

You can bulk transfer all engagements from one budget to another existing budget. See Transfer Engagements to a Master Budget.

  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click the engagement number in the Requisition Number column.
    You can use the search functionality to locate the engagement. For more information about using this feature, see Engagement Advanced Search Options.
  3. On the engagement information page, click Edit in the Financials section.
  4. In the Master Budget section, from the Master Budget ID drop down, select the budget.
  5. Click .
