Configure an Approver Sequence

You can configure a sequence of approvers for a batch billing process. Approval is not complete until the number mandatory approvers configured in the routing details is reached. For more information about routing details, see Add a Routing for a Workflow.
  1. Navigate to the Home page in the MSP view.
  2. Click Engagements.
  3. Click the engagement number from the Requisition Number column.
    You can use the request type buttons to filter the view in the table, or use the search bar (enter search parameters) to locate the engagement.
  4. On the engagement Batch Billing tab, in the Billing Approver List section, click .
  5. Click Search.
  6. Enter the client manager search parameters.
  7. From the Results table, select the approver to add.
  8. Click .
  9. Repeat steps 5 - 8 for each client manager to add.
  10. Optionally, use the up and down arrows to reorder the sequence.
  11. In the Effective Date field, enter the effective date.
  12. In the Justification field, enter the justification.
  13. Click .
