Default Work Schedule Hours
You can set up a default work schedule that appears automatically when you open a
staffing or payroll request. Defaults are configured for a client organization at the
country level, and only apply to the country location that they are configured for.
Important: You must set up the following data for the client organization in order
to configure work schedule defaults:
- Payroll Requests
- Staffing Requests
- Supplier Agreements - staffing type service agreement for a supplier/vendor organization
- Locations - client country defined in the supplier service type contract
- MSP Admin or SysAdmin role
Default values appear in the work schedule configuration section of a payroll/staffing request (Financials.
). Modifying any of the schedule values and saving recalculates any calculated totals for the request. SeeMSP users can click in the fields when editing to change the default values that appear. Client manager and supplier users can only view the default values (creating and viewing request).
