Default Work Schedule Hours

You can set up a default work schedule that appears automatically when you open a staffing or payroll request. Defaults are configured for a client organization at the country level, and only apply to the country location that they are configured for.
Important: You must set up the following data for the client organization in order to configure work schedule defaults:

Default values appear in the work schedule configuration section of a payroll/staffing request (Request > Financials). Modifying any of the schedule values and saving recalculates any calculated totals for the request. See Financials.

MSP users can click in the fields when editing to change the default values that appear. Client manager and supplier users can only view the default values (creating and viewing request).

To configure defaults, navigate to Configuration > <client_country> > Requisition > Work Schedule). Click and modify the settings in the following table. After making modifications, click .

Setting Description
Value The number of hours that appear for each schedule type (for example, number of hours per day). Modifying these values and saving recalculates totals for the request.
