Worker eSign Settings
These settings configure the Worker eSign (DocuSign) module for the client organization.
Mirror layout of the SOW eSign settings (see SOW eSign Settings).
| Setting | Description |

| Enable Worker eSign | Toggle the switch to enable the DocuSign integration for worker on/off boarding documents at the client organization. |
| DocuSign Account | The DocuSign account used to send documents. Configured by Magnit during integration setup. |
| Default Signing Order | Choose Sequential or Parallel as the default for new item templates. Each item template can override this value. |
| Default Reminder Cadence | Number of days between signature reminder emails sent by DocuSign when a signer has not yet signed. Each item template can override this value. |
| Default Expiry | Number of days after which an unsigned eSign request expires. Each item template can override this value. |
| MSP Override Signing Process | Toggle to allow the MSP to override the signing requirement and complete the on/off boarding item manually. Use only when DocuSign is unavailable or signature has been captured outside the system. |
| Notify MSP on Signature Events | Choose when MSP contacts are notified: Every signing (each signer event) or Signing completed (when all signers have signed). |
| Audit Trail Storage | The signed document and DocuSign certificate of completion are stored against the on/off boarding item version in VMS. No configuration is required. |
